Online Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Formation of the Contract

Completion and submission of a booking form constitutes an offer by you to reserve the accommodation specified in the form. The Company acts as the accommodation providers and the booking will be binding upon you and The Company.

2. Payment

2.1. The total price of the service and the method of payment will be stated in the booking form and can be paid with credit or debit Mastercard or Visa cards in USD, GBP, CAD, BGN, SGD, RSD, BRL, COP, AZN and other currencies shown in the currency switcher in the booking form.

2.2. You are required to provide details of your debit or credit card when submitting the booking form and by doing so, you authorise the Company to deduct any sums due and payable by you in relation to the booking from that card.

2.3. You must pay the total service price in advance.

3. Cancellation

3.1. If you cancel the booking, the following sums will be reimbursed to your card:

Date of the receipt of notice (prior to start of period for which service is booked)

Sum refundable (as percentage of total accommodation price)

Less than 24 hours

More than 1 day

100%

3.2. If the Company is forced to cancel the booking for reasons outside of its control it will give you as much notice of the cancellation as is reasonably possible and it will reimburse any sums already paid by you in respect of the service within 5 days, but it will not have any further responsibility to you in respect of the cancellation.

3.3. If you do not cancel the booking but fail to join for the whole or any part of the period booked, we will not be able to refund.

4. Remuneration

Event organizers receive direct payments to their bank cards, in accordance with the details provided. To avoid fraudulent activities, each organizer must comply with the KYC/AML policy of the Company. Payments are made as a reward for the services of organizing events. Withdrawal of funds is available only to verified users, please contact support to get more information.

5. The Service

The service means the group call via video teleconferencing software program at the time agreed with the Company on the day of the event.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

In order to facilitate formation and performance of contracts, the Company will pass your details to the event organizers

7. English Law

The contract will be governed by English Law.

Consumers who experience a problem with services they have bought online will be able to submit their dispute to question@advanceexperts.com; it will be taken under control by the manager who will assist them in resolving their issue.
